Just the usual. Someone's using the ship and it's features as a power trip. It's not an omnipotent entity. From the Admiral's position, anyone is capable of those abilities.

Doesn't matter if they are or not. Anyone in the Admiral's chair has a position of at least near omnipotence. Especially if they become familiar with the ship's capabilities.

If she gives you a weapon, be careful. They might try to get you to shoot at a passer-by.
