Does anyone actually know how off-Barge contact yesterday was made possible? Or is that another Barge secret inmates aren't allowed to know about until they have a warden to check in with first?

[Eddie gets a very, very subtle inspection, brow furrowing lightly in suspicion as he sizes him up. He might be small, but he's incredibly dangerous even when unarmed, so he's not particularly concerned or threatened.

He shrugs lightly, which is basically a 'yeah, sure, let's get going', but he's not actually going to say any of it because... he's about as chatty as a brick wall.]

Yes. It's another mystery how the Admiral compiles it, but I assure you they're very detailed. Most inmates resent it, and I don't blame them, but they are seldom shared around.
