When I first got here, many people assumed because I was a soldier that I was here because I was fighting on the wrong side, and I needed to learn that my methods were wrong or that I was fighting for a cause that didn't need to be fought for. They were wrong.

I was here as an inmate because I let myself get so caught up in the mistakes I'd made that I lost sight of what we were actually fighting for, and wanted to throw my life away at any opportunity instead of caring about what we were trying to accomplish. I'm leaving to finish what was started because I know it's the right thing to do.

I may be back, if given the opportunity. But I can't spend any more time here acting like I don't have anywhere else to go.

I haven't ever celebrated Christmas before, and I don't really intend on starting to now. But if I have to write to you, I might as well do something for the people I've grown to care about here.

Olive - some kind of weapon. Non lethal but still something that can incapacitate anyone here. A taser would be acceptable.
Kay - something he can use. Gloves. And a weapon from my world.
Rhade - a book detailing the development and history of Mobile Suits.
Una - something she can turn to if
Chromie - decent quality tea. Or the closest equivalent she enjoys from her world.
Rinzler - a well stocked first aid kit.
Brax - something comforting from home. And give Sherry something she'll enjoy. Tuna.
Cooper - make sure he and his family are safe.
Ariadne - decent quality sketch pads
David - some perspective.

I trust these requests will be honored in the event I don't return.
