[Heero has been doing his reading, and he is not all that impressed, Barge. Accepting that he's died comes easily enough - it's been a risk he's been well aware of and happy to accept for a long time - but the lack of structure and logic in this place doesn't sit well with him in the slightest.

Floods occur somewhat randomly and have varying effects, often putting us in uncomfortable positions. There doesn't appear to be a pattern to who is affected and who isn't. Every so often we'll stop at "port", where we'll be forced to preform some kind of task, generally surviving in a hostile environment. Wardens can leave when they want and have generally struck a "deal" with the Admiral. Inmates are stuck here. There is no escape, death isn't permanent, and you're more likely to vanish then graduate.
