Gotham is essentially the crime capitol of the world. We've got crooks, criminals, 'villains', even a couple of 'super villains'. I don't come up with the names. Besides, what else do you call a creepy sociopathic clown who calls himself the Joker while trying to kill and entire city full of people? It's not like he's my personal enemy or anything.
